Project Description

A well established financial planning practise in Brisbane is looking for a business partnership buy-in or an outright purchase. The business income is derived from 60% risk and 40% fee for service.

The product manufactures that they partner with include: BT Wrap, Macquarie Wrap, Insurance with BT, Macquarie, AIA and TAL.

The clientele is composed of mainly professionals and small business geographically located on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane.

The terms of engagement with clients are normally 1% of wrap and insurance commissions, with a $1500 plan and implementation fee.

The business has an excellent record in regards to compliance. All plans are pre-vetted with their existing AFSL that has an overseas provider.

The business has a turnover of $1,200,000 per annum including GST. It has shown healthy annual increases over the last three years. Full figures for the preceding three years can be obtained after the signing of a Confidentiality Agreement.

The business has healthy relationships with long term referral and centre of influence partners. This is a successful business seeking a genuine 50/50 partner, a buy-in partner over three years or an outright purchaser. The business supports the principal, a fulltime planner, a practice manager 4 days a week and a full time PA.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to acquire a significant interest in a successfully operated business without the hard work of attempting to expand by organic growth.

Potential partners will have access to their own finance, but not use the trail for their purchase. They will have the appropriate up to date qualifications with a clean compliance record.

This is a successful business seeking to increase its business value by organic growth with the capacity to pay and supported by a well known national dealer group.

Terms for consideration:

$2,500,000 outright purchase price. $100,000 kept in trust for rise and fall after 12 months. No vendor finance.

All reasonable offers considered.
